Stuart

Devstars is owned and run by Stuart Watkins. Stuart discovered the Internet whilst working as a product manager at A&M Records in London back in 1995. Quickly realising that the record industry wasn’t ready for the web he left to embark on a career in new media.

After introducing Levi’s to their first new media agency he was hired by Freud Communications where he worked on early online projects for Pepsi, UCI Cinemas and hosted one of the UK’s first online broadcasts with Supergrass before moving to LA with Traffic partner HOB. He has run his own business for the last 10 years.

When not working Stuart likes to balance life on two wheels & occasionally one.

Dmitry

Dmitry is superhuman. The PHP/SQL and vodka connoisseur. It is said he gains his strength and agility by eating the baby polar bears that roam the streets during the Winter. He is so time and cost-efficient he also doubles as Santa Claus.

When not running our technology centre in Minsk, Dmitry likes to spend weekends in Vilnius and breaking speed limits on Ski slopes.

Greta

Greta’s official title is “Head of Client Happiness” but it doesn’t end there and she tries to keep all the rest of us happy as well:-).

Peter Gabriel once tried to steal Greta from us but we hit him over the head with a sledgehammer.

Miles

Miles and Stuart went to school together and built their first web site somewhere around the dawn of time. As well as managing clients, programmers, designers and jazz clubs Miles also spins the tunes in the office and keeps our toes a tappin’.

Paul

In-between browsing the web for new technologies, interesting ideas & pretty things, Paul occasionally builds the odd website. WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, semantics & progressive enhancement being his speciality. He’s a little obsessed with it all to be honest.
